Test Automation Developer

Manchester OR London

£40,000 per annum + Bonus

JNC Recruitment is currently working with an established and growing software consultancy that is actively recruiting for Test Automation Developers to work on site with clients in Manchester and London.

They are offering an amazing opportunity for someone with the right attitude and a few years experience in testing and programming languages a to join them in a client facing role. You will be trained in all the tooling, software and principles required to be on your way to becoming an SME within testing and developing Oracle Cloud.

This position is full time in the office and please note that due to the nature of the organisations our client supports, DV clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Automation Framework
  • Develop and maintain new and existing Test Automation Scripts
  • Become an expert in the business processes & testing principles that underlie Test Scripts
  • Use Automation solutions to increase the performance of the Testing as a service
  • Supporting the Test Manager and Business to deliver services effectively

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience with developing test automation scripts & frameworks
  • Knowledge of Manual and Automation testing principles
  • Programming Languages: Java, Java Script, Python, C# etc.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, HCM & ERP
  • Consultative problem solving and solution design focused on the customers needs
  • Passionate, motivated, customer-focussed, inquisitive & confident
  • Degree educated in a relevant IT field
  • Eligible for Developed Vetting Security Clearance
