Ownership of global advertising strategy across Amazon and major marketplaces
Our client is undergoing significant international expansion, creating a senior-level opportunity for a Head of Amazon and Marketplace Advertising to lead and elevate global performance across Amazon, eBay and other third-party platforms. This role has become available due to substantial growth in digital commerce and increased investment into marketplace brand building. The organisation is scaling across global regions and requires an expert to guide marketplace advertising into its next strategic phase.
The Head of Amazon and Marketplace Advertising will design and execute the overarching advertising strategy across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring alignment with commercial targets, brand objectives and operational capability. The role requires an analytical and commercially astute leader capable of driving performance through advertising, media optimisation and cross-functional collaboration. The Head of Amazon and Marketplace Advertising will shape content, promotions, and paid media approaches across multiple geographies. The Head of Amazon and Marketplace Advertising will work closely with senior stakeholders to build long-term frameworks that support sustained growth. The Head of Amazon and Marketplace Advertising will also contribute to global planning cycles, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making.
The Head of Amazon and Marketplace Advertising will
Develop and lead the global marketplace advertising strategy across Amazon, eBay and additional emerging platforms.
Align marketing and advertising activity with sales performance, profit goals and brand positioning across regions.
Oversee Sponsored Ads, DSP, promoted listings and new advertising formats to maximise ROI and efficiency.
Direct content optimisation, ensuring listings, brand stores and assets perform strongly across all markets.

Great hands on and strategic experience in marketplace or digital advertising, with proven success across Amazon and eBay.
Have experience delivering multi-market strategies across EMEA, US and APAC.
Exhibit strong commercial judgement, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
