Proactively identify process improvements, service and risks to ensure client service is robust to meet capacity and stakeholder requirements. Robust support and implementation of projects/initiatives.
Maintaining procedure manuals, task lists and Risk Maps as necessary and ensure procedural enhancements are implemented and communicated to team members as required. Robust technical unit dealing with dealing lifecycle experience
Microsoft Excel(intermediate to advanced level)
Strong understanding of Asset Management middle office operations and processes
Strong attention to detail with track record of risk awareness
Self-assured networking across Investments, Distribution, Product & Investment Operations environments.
A proven track record of being flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast paced and changeable environment.
Ability to understand issues, find creative and innovative solutions to problems.
