You’ll maintain and improve manufacturing equipment using a multi-skilled approach, working to high safety and reliability standards in a fast-paced, automated environment. What you’ll do Perform proactive and reactive maintenance across site equipment, ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed Diagnose faults and carry out root cause analysis Continually seek ways to improve all processes and procedures relating to equipment maintenance Support the site Reliability agenda: identify failure modes and trends, complete root cause analysis, and drive agreed actions Provide support to site Project and Change Initiatives as appropriate Use CMMS to log and manage maintenance tasks Supervise contractors and issue work permits Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations What we need from you Electrical bias is essential – must hold relevant electrical qualifications Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines Experience in fast-paced, safety-driven environments Strong fault-finding skills (electrical, mechanical, PLC) Ability to read engineering drawings and operate workshop tools Experience and/or certifications in automation, PLCs, and robotics highly desirable Safety-conscious, adaptable, and a team player Shift Pattern Example A typical rotation includes: 3 nights on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 3 nights on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 7 consecutive days off, 2 days on, 2 days off.
