Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering exclusively with DataVita who are looking for a new Personal Assistant to join their team.

DataVita is Scotland’s leading provider of co-location, cloud and connectivity services. Part of HFD Group, they operate one of the most advanced Tier III-certified data centres in the UK and are entering a major phase of growth - including plans to scale capacity to 40MW and ultimately to 500MW over the next five years.

With a brand-new office opening in Hamilton International Technology Park in January and a track record of excellent internal progression, this is a compelling time to join a highly ambitious, innovative organisation.

This is a dynamic and evolving remit that goes well beyond traditional PA support. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping the MD operate effectively, stay ahead of priorities, and drive momentum across a fast-moving, strategically important environment.

Managing a busy and constantly shifting diary, including rapid travel arrangements.
Supporting strategic and project-aligned work as the role continues to evolve.

Open to learning AI tools and the data-centre industry.
