Personal Assistant to MD Hamilton (fully office based) Full time & Permanent Up to £45,000 (DOE) Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering exclusively with DataVita who are looking for a new Personal Assistant to join their team. DataVita is Scotland’s leading provider of co-location, cloud and connectivity services. Part of HFD Group, they operate one of the most advanced Tier III-certified data centres in the UK and are entering a major phase of growth - including plans to scale capacity to 40MW and ultimately to 500MW over the next five years. With a brand-new office opening in Hamilton International Technology Park in January and a track record of excellent internal progression, this is a compelling time to join a highly ambitious, innovative organisation. This is a dynamic and evolving remit that goes well beyond traditional PA support. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping the MD operate effectively, stay ahead of priorities, and drive momentum across a fast-moving, strategically important environment. The Role: Managing a busy and constantly shifting diary, including rapid travel arrangements. Acting as a proactive gatekeeper, protecting the MD’s time and focus. Supporting inbox management, priorities and follow-ups. Handling confidential information with absolute discretion. Coordinating meetings, speaking engagements and stakeholder interactions. Supporting strategic and project-aligned work as the role continues to evolve. The Candidate: Experience supporting a senior leader with a demanding workload. Proactive, resilient and confident in anticipating needs early. Able to adapt to changing expectations and communication styles. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and high-level contacts. Discreet, reliable and highly organised. Open to learning AI tools and the data-centre industry.
