We’re looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to support our Field Operations across the North of England, primarily covering the M62 Corridor (Warrington, Manchester, Sheffield). This is a field-based role with frequent travel, working closely with operational teams, contractors, and customers to promote safe working practices across all sites and activities.  
Support, educate, and advise Field Operations on Health and Safety legislation, internal company policies, and industry standards.
Work with local teams to plan and implement actions that improve working conditions on customer sites.
Deliver and assist in providing H&S-based training.
Support completion and review of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and POWRAs.
Ensure all field-based employees and subcontractors follow safe working procedures and approved RAMS.
Arrange and carry out site inspections and internal audits across Field Operations.
Previous experience in a field-based Health and Safety role.
NEBOSH General Certificate (mandatory).
IEMA Environmental Awareness (advantageous).
Strong auditing, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment skills.
Full driving licence (company car provided).
Flexibility to travel within the North of England (M62 Corridor), with occasional travel outside this area and infrequent overnight stays.
