The role

As the Customer Care Liaison, you will be at the forefront of shaping and enhancing customer outcomes, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and positive. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop strategies, measure satisfaction, and influence behaviors that lead to outstanding customer experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer-Centric Strate gy: Develop and document comprehensive customer experience strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Feedback Loop : Monitor digital footprints and customer feedback across multiple channels, ensuring issues are resolved and improvements are made.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the vital link between customers and internal/external partners, especially for vulnerable customers and high-profile cases.
