Are you aiming to guide and shape the future at a dynamic international technology enterprise within cutting-edge data architectures?
OBSS Technology is in search of a Program Manager with 15+ years of experience, for a client in UK operating in the banking sector, to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success and ensuring alignment with company objectives and the role requires a deep understanding of business case-oriented delivery and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, PMP certification preferred.
- 15+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment in data projects.
- Previous experience in data warehouse and/or BI implementation/modernization projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
