We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Advisor to join our Bristol team. No recruitment experience? No problem We’ll provide full training and support to help you succeed. This is your chance to build a rewarding career with a global leader in workforce solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and direct applicants. Conduct candidate telephone interviews to qualify for vacancies. Prepare and format CVs for submission, ensuring accuracy and quality. Provide feedback to candidates and book interviews. Support candidates through the process—from interview prep to offer stage. Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and track key KPIs. Act as a flexible resource, supporting other clients when needed. What We’re Looking For Experience in a customer-focused role with strong organisational skills. Confident, personable, and enthusiastic communicator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
