Role Overview:

The successful candidate will lead a diverse and talented team, tasked with leveraging AI to address complex challenges through interdisciplinary, forward-thinking solutions. As a mentor and coach, you will:

  1. Guide and inspire your team in developing intelligent automation tools.
  2. Foster continuous learning within your team, empowering them to explore and implement new skills, technologies, and tools.
  3. Lead the design and development of ML experiments and proofs of concept, working closely with Digital Product Managers and Platform Consultants to transition high-impact projects into production.
What We're Looking for:

Proven experience in Machine Learning or AI, with a minimum of 5 years in the field and at least 2 years in a leadership role, driving projects from ideation to production. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, inspiring and fostering high performance.

Desirable Skills:

A robust grasp of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Experience with cutting-edge General AI technologies and techniques, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning methods, and vector storage solutions. Proven ability to work with major cloud service platforms, including Azure and AWS. Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams, ensuring collaborative and efficient project execution.
