Due to on-going success and reaching a pivotal point in their growth strategy we are now supporting with the hire of a HR Manager for their Shropshire HQ.
This is an instrumental role to support the business and the people strategy as well as the day to day HR operations. The role will focus on creating and fostering a performance culture, as well as ensuring compliance on all HR and employment law matters and driving a cost effective recruitment strategy. You will work closely with all departments, ensure an effective HR function and lead on any employee relations casework.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strategic, positive and solution lead approach to work in order to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing business. This position will form part of the management team and support key leadership positions. You must be a University graduate in either HR Management or Employment Law with a CIPD Qualification Level 5. You will have excellent up to date knowledge of UK employment law legislation and have an HR generalist background, ideally we are looking for someone with change management experience within a growing business as well as strong recruitment and excellent interpersonal skills.
