Job Title: Finishing Site Manager

Location: London, UK

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Manager to oversee the final phases of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing touches are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors in the finishing phase.
  • Ensure all finishing work, including plastering, painting, flooring, and fixtures installation, meets quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with project managers to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns regarding the finishing stages.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager or similar role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of building processes, especially in finishes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • CSCS Card and relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
