You'll sell an extensive range of equipment and service contracts directly to farmers across the UK, managing the full sales process from site surveys through to equipment delivery. This role offers a healthy balance of autonomy and support, with the chance to work from home around 50% of the time while spending the rest visiting customers nationwide. As Sales Manager - Agricultural Equipment , you'll attend key agricultural shows and exhibitions, work alongside the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction through every step of the sales journey. You'll be trusted to develop strong relationships, understand customer needs, and convert opportunities into profitable sales. Requirements: To be considered for the Sales Manager - Agricultural Equipment role, you'll need to demonstrate: · Experience of selling capital equipment in a field based role · Strong relationship-building skills · A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets · Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home regularly · Full UK driving licence The Future: You'll be joining a respected and growing business that values integrity, reliability, and genuine customer care. The Package for Sales Manager - Agricultural Equipment: · £38,000 - £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience)· £55,000 - £60,000 OTE with uncapped monthly commission · Hybrid company car · Pension scheme and home broadband · 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
