The Wiggett Group is a trusted property services contractor, delivering high-quality Electrical, Fire & Security, Roofing, Scaffolding and Property Services to Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and commercial clients across the UK. We are a fast-growing, people-first organisation with a strong culture of internal development, training, and progression.
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support recruitment across all divisions of the Wiggett Group. This role will work closely with Hiring Managers, the Talent team and the Onboarding function to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality candidates including permanent hires and approved subcontractors.
You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting interview processes, arranging compliance checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.
Sourcing & Recruitment
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, adverts, referrals and talent pools
Sub-Contractor Engagement & Onboarding
Assist in identifying and engaging subcontractor partners across trade disciplines
Liaise with Contracts Managers and Compliance to approve subcontractors
Support onboarding of subcontractors into internal systems and trackers
Maintain ATS accuracy and candidate notes
Contribute to reporting and data integrity on recruitment metrics
Experience in recruitment/resourcing (internal or agency) preferred
Knowledge of construction, social housing or engineering trades is beneficial
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident user of MS Office, ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
