Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer Assessor Location: Must be flexible with home-based and face to face delivery Salary: £26,000 Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Equipment, Pension + more Type: Full time, Permanent Duties: Deliver the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate to learners via a blended learning approach (face-to-face and online). The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs. The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train clients in order to help them realise their potential. You will follow schemes of work but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training.Essential Criteria: Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. Ideally have experience of delivering Health and Social Care qualifications. Hold occupational experience within Health and Social Care as a Support Worker or above. Must be comfortable delivering remote online training and face to face - 1:1 and group based as required Must be IT literate, with confidence to deliver via video platforms e.g. Teams/Zoom. Organisational skills are a must. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
