You will represent and manage Ponant key accounts in the North of England. Your role will be to implement sales strategies and drive revenue volume growth in-line with market goals.
Your Key Responsibilities will be :
•Manage and implement sales & marketing strategies with key accounts in the North of England, Scotland and Ireland in line with country strategy set by UK&I GM.
•Manage and control regional budget.
•Set and control revenue targets for each key account along with UK&I GM.
•Arrange, manage and execute regular product training via webinar and face to face.
•Source new routes to market to support company portfolio growth.
•Represent Ponant at B2B and B2C shows and events – UK wide.
•Represent Ponant on ship visits – UK wide.
•Attend FAM trips onboard Ponant ships with key agency contacts.
•Always represent Ponant with the highest respect.
You have a proven experience in sales management within the cruise industry, with a strong understanding of the UK and Ireland markets.
You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Comfortable using IT systems such as MS Office, Salesforce and especially PowerPoint.
