We specialise in providing top-quality parts and exceptional service to our valued trade customers. As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our local B2B business, providing expert advice and ensuring our customers have everything they need to succeed.
As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for our trade customers, assisting them with their parts requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs. Providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
Resolving customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a similar B2B sales role is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, particularly in the trade market.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with sales software and inventory management systems.
