As the Senior Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and devising innovative strategies to fulfil our client’s objectives. Within this role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests and clients, keeping the office space to a high standard as well as juggling many other operational and admin tasks simultaneously. Manage front desk operations throughout business hours
Arrange international travel and visa bookings in compliance with company policies
Assist in organising office events and gatherings

Handle office communications via email and phone professionally
Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms for various office meetings
Fulfil duties as fire marshal and first aid
Previous experience in client-facing administrative roles, ideally within the creative industry
Proficient in international travel bookings and visa acquisition
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
