About the Role:In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in my client's global Offshore Wind Engineering department. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will:

My client is a leading consultancy working in offshore wind, known for its strong reputation and extensive experience. With involvement in over 70% of operating offshore wind farms globally, they offer comprehensive services across all project phases.
Your Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will:
- Undertake geotechnical design for offshore support structures, employing advanced numerical modelling techniques.
- Plan and interpret offshore geotechnical site surveys, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on international projects, managing geotechnical aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to technical advancements and innovations in the field.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree or PhD in civil engineering, with a focus on geotechnical engineering.
- Several years of experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in the offshore wind industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab or Python (beneficial).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
