The Company

AI business building reliable and safe assistant programmes to help with internal communication and shaping company culture. The platform aims to improve productivity and boost employee mental health and wellbeing.

The Role ✨

They are seeking a Lead Engineer (Python, FastAPI, LLMs, AWS) to be an early technical hire helping to grow their MVP and ultimately scale the platform.

You (Python, FastAPI, LLMs, AWS) will have ownership over your part of the platform and be expected to lead architectural decisions and develop out the platform in a team of 3.

The ideal candidate (Python, FastAPI, LLMs, AWS) will be a strong problem solver with experience of early businesses.
