Excellent hosting skills are crucial, as this is a busy pub with a comprehensive sports offer in the front bar, local sporting teams and a popular dining area, in addition to an extensive garden. You will love running a busy kitchen and serving a fantastic pint, with standards that are second to none.
Local knowledge is a plus but not essential, as you will be at the heart of village life and be proud of the tight-knit community you serve. You will enjoy rallying around your team and community to create great memories and events for families in the neighbourhood. The Griffin is the true hub of the local community.
We are looking for the host with the most for Griffin Inn to become a local celebrity. The Griffin Inn sits in the village of Mynydd Isa in north-east Wales, on the main Mold Road A549 connecting Mold to Buckley, on all main bus routes. We have since made an additional investment in the kitchen due to the expanding dining covers and the new childrens play area. You will enjoy an all-around community pub where you will get to know all the regulars and their families well and become part of daily village life.
The beer garden also has a play area for the younger family members.
The pub is dog friendly and situated directly on local walkers routes. It is also popular with car clubs and is renowned for its local charity work.
Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub
its your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insuranc e . We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
