This will be a varied and interesting position that will offer huge amounts of responsibility and development. You will be acting as operations support working with advanced technology and supporting traders and developers in the sports markets. Based in the City this role joins a team of science and programming individuals who have an interest in the sports markets.

Responsibilities:

  • monitoring and operating trading platforms which run 24/7
  • spotting inconsistencies and unusual behaviour
  • developing insights into customer and market behaviour
  • liaising with traders and trading venues
  • troubleshooting issues

Qualifications:

  • BSc degree in Mathematical or scientific subject
  • Strong Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player

Required Skills:

  • Meticulous
  • High degree of numeracy, including probabilities
  • A self-starter, someone with a proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in to a number of tasks
  • adv excel and has a good understanding of IT and software
  • Degree educated – ideally within a Maths / science / data focused subject

Preferred Skills:

keen interest in sports/ tech
