The Senior Strategic Program Manager will lead Incora’s International customer programs for chemical supply chain management that support multiple business units and platforms into dozens of world-wide locations. Working with multiple internal and external teams, this role encompasses a wide range of people management, customer interface, financial accountability, and technical process execution and improvement activities.

This role requires leading a team of customer-facing program specialists to provide consistent and excellent operational support. The role must effectively work with multiple external stakeholders including suppliers, customer supply chain managers, customer sub tier suppliers, freight forwarders, regulatory bodies, and end users. Critical to success are many global internal supporting teams including warehouse operations, purchasing, inventory planning, trade compliance, catalog, and invoicing.

This role will serve customer management teams to clarify and meet the needs of ultimate end users. Understand customer program-specific issues (by platform, country, business partner, etc.); roll-out schedules; business unit issues (across multiple customers); and USAF & USN deployments to domestic and OCONUS locations. The Manager will work to maintain current programs as well as to expand our service offering to new customers and locations

A critical ability for this role is to identify our largest obstacles for success and develop process improvement plans for solving them, working within contractual agreements. This involves unique execution of supply chain solutions including shelf-life optimization; export compliance; importer of record (IOR); taxes (VAT); freight forwarder interface; globalized sourcing; and country-specific compliance challenges (REACH, CLP, etc.).
