TFS Healthcare are seeking ward experienced pharmacists for a fantastic opportunity. This locum position is needed immediately for a 12 month contract, on a full time or part-time basis.

*What we require from you as a pharmacist:*
* Must have 6 months NHS hospital experience
* Recent aseptic experience is essential
* Full right to work in the UK
* Hospital / Clinical Pharmacist experience is essential.

*Responsibilities:*
* Patient Care Management: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care, including medication therapy management and monitoring patient progress.
* Medication Administration: Ensure accurate selection, dosing, and administration of medications, adhering to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
* Utilise specialised skills in intensive care settings to provide critical care pharmacy services, including medication therapy optimisation for critically ill patients.
