This locum position is needed immediately for a 12 month contract, on a full time or part-time basis.
*Patient Care Management: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care, including medication therapy management and monitoring patient progress.
* Medication Administration: Ensure accurate selection, dosing, and administration of medications, adhering to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
* Utilise specialised skills in intensive care settings to provide critical care pharmacy services, including medication therapy optimisation for critically ill patients.
*Once your contract ends with a client, we can review and place you somewhere that suits your needs
