Lead and manage the residential care team to promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and respect.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations.
Individual care plans are developed and implemented to promote the emotional, physical, and psychological well-being of each child.
Supervise recruitment, training and development of staff to create a supportive team environment.
Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders, including social workers, families, and other professionals involved in the care of the children.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provision, implementing continuous improvement initiatives where necessary.

Experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager position (children’s residential care)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or working towards
Full UK driving licence
Registered with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) update service (desirable)
