With a mission to provide high-quality care and support to children who have faced adversity and trauma in their lives, they are embarking on an exciting phase, opening two new two-bed homes. They are seeking two experienced Deputy Managers ready to step up and become Registered Managers.Position Summary:

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of a two-bed Residential Childrens Home, ensuring compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, Ofsted, and other statutory requirements. You will lead a team to provide exceptional care, promote wellbeing, and safeguard young people under their care. Additionally, you will foster professional development within your team and maintain high standards of care delivery.Responsibilities:Ensure the provision of high-quality care in accordance with regulatory standardsLead and supervise the care team, fostering professional development and progressionPromote the wellbeing and safeguarding of young peopleEnsure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirementsOversee the smooth operation of the Residential Childrens HomeRequirements:Passion for working with young people and improving their livesStrong leadership skills within a Childrens Residential Care settingMinimum of 2 years' previous supervisory experienceLevel 5 diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent (or working towards it)Successful registration process with OfstedFull UK driving licenseSalary & Benefits:Starting salary: £43,500 per annum (rising to £47,000 when the home is Registered and fully operational)After 12 months, subject to successful annual appraisal: £50,000 per annumAnnual bonus of up to £3,000, criteria dependentAdditional £1,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted InspectionPrivate Medical Health CareLife InsuranceMedicash cash back plan for high street discounts and cash back on dental and optical costsAuto enrolment into NEST pension SchemeIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your up to date CV and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
