Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing:
  • Research and identify emerging trends and popular products within our target market
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, shipping, and quality standards
  • Continuously seek out new suppliers to expand our product offerings and improve our competitive edge
  • Supplier Management:
  • Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on criteria such as reliability, quality, and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop exclusive products or partnerships that align with our brand and customer needs
  • Product Management:
  • Oversee the introduction of new products into our catalog, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about inventory levels and product assortment
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective product launch strategies and promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product sourcing and/or product management within the e-commerce or retail industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
