Transformative Opportunity for a Senior C# Developer

Smart Sourcer is seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI legal-tech solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering Leads, and Executive Technology Stakeholders to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned developer with extensive experience in senior development and engineering positions, following industry best practices. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud engineering platforms
  • Developing and maintaining complex software systems using C# and the.Net ecosystem
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver AI legal-tech solutions
  • Ensuring the highest quality of code and adhering to industry standards
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in senior development and engineering positions
  • Expertise in C# and the.Net ecosystem
  • Knowledge of design patterns and experience with Event Driven Architecture & Event Sourcing
  • Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems
  • Front-end experience with Blazor and exposure to Python and OpenAI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A passion for continuous learning and a growth mindset
