We are looking for a talented, patient focused clinician to join our fantastic team working in partnership with 'Watford General Hospital.
These community based roles allow you to deliver one to one care in the comfort of the patient’s home to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or to prevent unnecessary admission. You will have the chance to build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders and support networks to aide and support their treatment and recovery.
By joining us a ‘Specialist Nurse’ you will not only be delivering high quality care you will be the face of Sciensus.
A full UK driving licence is essential as regional travel will be required to visit patients at home.
As this is a community based role you must firstly be happy driving in and around Watford. Previous community experience (an advantage)

Additional to a salary starting from £34,000 per annum , we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
