We are looking for an experienced, passionate and professional chef to join our small and friendly team on either a full or part time basis.
As well as a traditional golf club menu in The Green Bar, we are looking to build a strong restaurant menu, particularly in the evening, in The Lakeside area of the Clubhouse, whilst also catering for a wide variety of external functions and events.
ensure that food preparation and quality is of the highest possible standard
Work alongside the Kitchen and Front of House teams to further develop our menu
Ensure food costs are controlled through ordering and stock rotation in line with Food Safety Management Systems
Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services
Passionate about food and high levels of service
Flexible with regards to work pattern
