Application Support Analyst (FTE) | Platform Systems 
 

Provides vital business and system support for our platforms, and all other planned developments.   
Works collaboratively with our internal and external development teams to provide feedback into analysis and testing as part of a continuous improvement cycle.  
 
Demonstrates a good understanding of the commercial agreements with our outsourced partners
Has good knowledge and understanding of web-based technology
Is familiar with and has a good understanding of IFA back-office systems
 
Is competent using excel and JIRA
Presenting reasoned analysis, choices and recommendations to senior stakeholders – both verbal and written

 
Investigates all data configuration and potential software change of process change to resolve any issues
Collaborates with our administrators, software providers and wider business to achieve quick and reliable resolutions or implements workarounds where necessary while solutions are worked on
