Our client is a leading Private Equity firm that has a stellar track record. Due to growth and an ever-expanding portfolio, they are looking to add junior resource by hiring a Portfolio Associate into their team.
They work very closely with management teams and also at a fund level, ensuring the performance of the portfolio is in line with the firm's overall strategy and exit plans.

The team is flat structured and reports into an experienced senior management hat has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Ideal candidates will have at least a year's experience working in a Private Equity Transaction Services or Corporate Finance team.

Maintaining and managing the portfolio monitoring system
Producing a monthly summary of portfolio company performance of, reporting trends and assessing the overall health of the portfolio
Providing financial analysis and support to ad hoc value enhancement projects
Reviewing and analysing the content of the quarterly portfolio reports of each investee company, prepared by the deal team
Reviewing and analysing the content of investee companies
Assisting in fundraising data collation and validation
Creative and commercial mindset
Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills; financial modelling an advantage but not essential
The successful candidate will be Big 4 or equivalent trained with an ACA or CIMA accounting qualification. Experience from within a Private Equity audit team will be considered.

Compensation is flexible for this mandate and there is hybrid working available.
