THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading e-commerce business, based in Droitwich, who are looking to recruit an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, that are a market leader in their field.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns.

Experience with Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads is essential.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Oversee day-to-day management and strategy for paid social campaigns across multiple markets, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance the broader marketing strategy.
  • Advise on and manage substantial budgets across platforms, optimising return on investment.
  • Manage audience segmentation and creation, optimising performance and creative assets for different audience groups.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to drive creative concepts forward.
  • Lead influencer marketing efforts and oversee campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, exploring opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop content ideas and implement a comprehensive testing plan.
  • Organise and execute an email marketing strategy aligned with the business calendar.
  • Manage the Shopify website and ensure its seamless operation.
