Cyber Risk Transformation Specialist - GRC Permanent opportunity offering CIRCA £75- 100 000
Role will be onsite 3-Days a week at Portsmouth, with 2 days remote

Exciting opportunity working with leading organization in the field of cybersecurity, dedicated to safeguarding digital assets and infrastructure within Governmental sector. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in enhancing their cyber risk management capabilities through strategic transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber risk, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and transformation methodologies specifically in the Naval and Maritime Arena.
-Collaborate with clients to assess their current cyber risk posture, identify gaps, and develop tailored transformation strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
-Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive cyber risk transformation programs, including governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls.
-Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on cyber risk management strategies, emerging threats, and regulatory compliance requirements.
-Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs to educate stakeholders on cyber risk management principles and best practices.
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
-Experience with Cyber Risk transformation for Naval, maritime or military
-Proven track record of leading successful cyber risk transformation initiatives within complex organisations
-In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) & regulatory requirements.
-Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex cyber risks, develop actionable insights, and articulate recommendations to stakeholders.
