This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality and performance standards. The Manager will collaborate with various departments, including product development, quality assurance, and operations, to establish and maintain these standards.

Ensure these standards align with industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

Implementation and Enforcement: • Oversee the implementation of solution standards across different teams and projects.
• Collaboration and Coordination: • Work closely with product development, quality assurance, and operations teams to integrate standards into their workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to teams to help them understand and apply solution standards.
Quality Assurance: • Establish and manage processes for evaluating the quality and performance of solutions.
• Training and Development: • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on solution standards and best practices.
• Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.

Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Courier Express and Parcel, Retail and E-Commerce, Industrial and Parts) and Warehouse and Parcel Systems.
• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the company’s solutions.
• Experience with product development processes, including design, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Excellent project management abilities, with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
