Office Legal Secretary

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Devizes who are actively seeking to engage a Legal Secretary to support their Conveyancing Department.
Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
Digital dictation and copy typing
Sorting and prioritising mail, emails and messages
Liaising with clients and internal departments via phone, email and occasionally face to face
Opening and closing files and preparing files for billing
Proven experience in a legal secretarial role
Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Competitive salary
