Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker

Join Our Team as a Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker

00 dependent on experience (OTE includes sleep-ins paid at £50 per night and bonus package)

About the Role: As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a responsible team tasked with the day-to-day care of young people. You'll encourage participation in various opportunities, contribute to care plans, and maintain high professional standards.

Provide day-to-day care for young people with Emotional and/or Behavioural difficulties.

* Contribute to care plans, report writing, and monitoring.

* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce.

* Experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people.

* Full Manual UK driving licence.
