A motivated and detail-oriented candidate is sought to join this ambitious financial services organisation, ensuring the ongoing management of their customers' accounts including breaches of conditions. You will be working within a team, supporting a portfolio of customers, servicing the accounts and acting on any arrears cases. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen you experience within bridging loans, with the ability to continue to grow your career long-term.Helping customers with the ongoing management of their account, including breaches of conditions
Being the first point of contact for customers, helping them to solve any queries and offering support and solutions, as well as exploring forbearance
Answering incoming telephone, letter and email queries, providing positive customer service
Proactively contacting customers in financial difficulty to assess their options for repayment of their loan, ensuring full collections, redemptions and default loans policy is met
Managing a portfolio of customers through the arrears and breaches lifecycle, including receivership or legal repossession processes and complex litigation cases
Adhering to internal customer service policies and regulatory requirements, FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime and Data Protection
Experience in servicing, including arrears and collections
