We are seeking a visionary senior strategic sales leader to turbocharge the growth of a newly acquired product line, capitalising on upcoming legislative changes. This role is your unique opportunity to take ownership, build a thriving business, and catapult yourself into a senior leadership position.
Channel Implementation Program: Partner with the CRO to develop and execute a scalable channel implementation program, setting the stage for explosive growth.
Territory Planning: Design and execute a masterful territory plan targeting senior stakeholders in large multinational enterprises.
Sales Process Management: Leverage the MEDDPICC methodology to manage and close high-value opportunities.
Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure successful outcomes and further expand the pipeline.
Champion tax provision solutions internally and represent the company at key marketing events.
Experience: Proven experience with complex software and financial applications, ideally within the tax/accounting sector, and a track record of selling to large multinational enterprises.
Stakeholder Management: Expert at managing multiple stakeholders across tax, finance, and IT, aligning value propositions with their needs.
Sales Expertise: History of building and closing pipelines within strategic accounts, preferably within a SaaS sales environment.
Ready to take ownership of a product line and build a business, with an eye on a future senior leadership role.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills for building strong rapport with key stakeholders through various engagement methods.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills for building credibility and relationships both internally and externally.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time for customer meetings and workshops, with occasional office visits in Staines (2-3 times per month).
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with tax provision processes and tax legislation (especially Pillar 2), and experience in mid-sized private equity-backed software organizations.
