Business Development Representative Location: Clevedon (office-based with UK travel)** Salary: £27,000 base + performance-based bonus** Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential)** Our client, a fast-growing leader in protective packaging solutions for dangerous goods , is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Representative to join their team. This is a genuinely exciting industry working with cutting-edge products, trusted by UK military bases and high-profile industrial clients. No experience? No problem. If you’ve got drive, confidence, and curiosity, they’ll teach you everything you need to succeed. The Role: This isn’t a sit-still-and-dial kind of job. As a BDR, you’ll be right in the middle of the action — uncovering opportunities, speaking with new prospects, and getting out on the road to meet clients face-to-face. You’ll spend time in the office generating leads and sharpening your sales skills, but you’ll also get the chance to visit some incredibly interesting sites across the UK, including military bases. It’s the perfect mix of desk work, field work, learning, and adventure.
