As an Associate on the Investment Platform Product team, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing how the product team operates across three core investment personas: Research, Portfolio Management, and Trading. You will support the Product team in executing key initiatives, drive process improvements, own of platform messaging, reporting, and branding, and execute strategic projects as they arise. Support the development and execution of planning workshops, the budget cycle, and ad-hoc working sessions
Promptly respond to executive ad-hoc requests, managing and delivering key projects and asks.
Organize and present complex information using advanced PowerPoint and excel skills, including wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations and dashboards.
Identify ways to elevate the Spectrum brand through the pursuit of awards and strategic positioning of key wins in various marketing channels 
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
2+ years of experience on an investment team 
~ Interest or experience in product management, basic understand
