~As the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the Procurement & Supply Chain to execute timely, cost effective purchasing of production and consumable materials within the scopes and policies determined.


Demonstratable management skills that ensure supply chain alignment across the wider business, which empowers and motivates while inspiring confidence and respect from others
Broad commodities expertise and knowledge relevant to aerospace seat build, including soft trim, fabrics, packaging, consumables, fasteners, machining, extrusions forming, composites and plastic
Relevant experience in the negotiation and implementation of legal contracts relating to purchase agreements, long-term agreements and specific vendor-managed inventory agreements
Conversant with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control processes
Good interpersonal skills are necessary to deal at the highest levels of commercial supplier organisations to influence internally and negotiate externally with suppliers
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, VA/VE, problem-solving tools and components of a lean/ continuous improvement work environment
Ability to present data effectively at all levels of the business
Excellent Commercial acumen
Five years experience in a similar supply chain role within manufacturing (preferably aerospace)
Proven ability to make business decisions based on quantitative data and weigh alternative solutions
A clean and current driving licence is required, with occasional requirements for business travel
The Parent Company of ACRO Aircraft seating is Zhejiang Tiancheng Controls Co., We therefore welcome Mandarin language capability as a desirable requirement.
