TrackZero is an all-in-one collaborative carbon management platform designed to support businesses in tracking and reducing their carbon footprint.

 

Position Overview

The Sustainability Success Consultant will guide clients in leveraging our platform to track carbon emissions, comply with sustainability standards, and develop long-term climate strategies. As a core player in the team, you will help customers maximise the platform’s value, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver impactful results. 

Working closely with the founding team you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our sustainability success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Training : Educate clients on best practices for using the platform to measure carbon emissions, meet regulatory needs, and align with emerging ESG standards.
  • Consultative Support : Provide ongoing advisory support on carbon accounting methodologies, framework updates, and sustainability goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting emissions data, creating custom reports, and ensuring adherence to standards such as GHG Protocol and CDP.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to product improvements based on client feedback.
  • Upselling & Account Growth : Identify opportunities to upsell services and products, ensuring that clients maximise platform features and benefits.
  • Workshops & Webinars : Lead educational workshops, webinars, and client training sessions on carbon reduction strategies and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, carbon accounting, or environmental management.
  • Strong knowledge of carbon accounting frameworks, standards and reporting (such as GHG Protocol, CDP, TCFD).
  • Excellent data analysis skills, particularly in emissions tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with sustainability software and platforms, and adept at translating complex technical information for non-experts.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach to achieving sustainability goals.
