The scope of the role is to deliver a range of engaging and informative training programmes for the Technicians.


Working within modern training environments using the latest technology and equipment the Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering core technical training programmes to Dealer technicians.

Deliver core technical training programmes, including EV, to Dealer technicians
Deliver engaging, learner-focused training solutions
Align all delivery to the clients brand culture and requirements
Utilise innovative digital technologies during the delivery of remote learning interventions
Undertake all aspects of administration in relation to training delivery, e.g. completing course rosters, pre-course and post-course briefings, assignment/test scoring and inputting
Support in managing vehicle fleets onsite


We are looking for a Technical Trainer with an embedded passion for the automotive industry.
Be up to date with new and revised learning and development theories, practices and methodologies including technological advancements
Open to embracing new delivery methodologies included blended/digital approaches in addition to face to face delivery
Preferably hold an Industry recognised training accreditation and technical achievements
Proficient MS Office package skills are advantageous
Hold a clean driving license


Up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience)

~25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

~ 40 hours per week
~ Monday - Friday
~ Training Facility located in Doncaster, (with some requirement to travel to other training site at Denham, Buckinghamshire)
~ Permanent contract
~ Upon request may be asked to travel internationally to attend Train the Trainer events
