About the Role

As the Head of Clinical Audiology, you will support our talented team of clinical audiologists, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and driving the strategic growth of our services. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to blend your clinical expertise with commercial acumen and strategic vision.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Passion: Inspire and manage our clinical audiologists, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Drive Excellence: Oversee the delivery of high-quality audiology services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Innovate: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in audiology and integrate new practices and technologies.
  • Grow: Identify opportunities for service expansion and develop strategies to enhance our market position.
  • Mentor: Support the continuing professional development of our audiologists, promoting lifelong learning and career progression.

Who you are

  • A registered Clinical Scientist in Audiology (or equivalent) with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Clinical experience in audiology, with a proven track record in a senior or leadership role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A strategic and commercial mindset with a drive for innovation and growth.
