Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer Location: Northampton (5 days per week onsite)
Job Type: Permanent
We are currently working with a large scale, well established IT Services provider, who require a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team As working as part of the team, you will swiftly handle incoming calls to the Service Desk, effectively prioritising tickets to ensure technical queries are resolved quickly and accurately. Experience and knowledge across the MS Tech stack which includes Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Servers (2019 & 2022), Microsoft Exchange Server (2019)
