Thisis a tier 1 and tier 2 precision manufacturing business specializing in high-quality components for the medical, life sciences, aerospace, defence, and marine sectors . With cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence, this business delivers innovative solutions to their clients globally from their three manufacturing plants.
This senior leadership position will play a critical role in shaping the company'sfuture sales and marketing strategies, driving new business development, and coaching the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the precision manufacturing industry and a proven track record of growing revenues in our key sectors. The four components are simply:

To be considered for this role the successful candidate must:
- Have sold to medical devices, life sciences and aerospace sectors as a tier 1 and 2 supplier.
- Have a good enough mechanical acumen to understand and interpret technical drawings
- Have a demonstrable track record of sales and margin growth.
- Be willing and able to undertake UK and international travel
