Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

EVera Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Align Sales and Marketing Efforts: Work closely with our product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands and align with our sales strategies.
  2. Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Create and execute effective sales and marketing plans, including pricing strategies, promotions, and product launches, to drive business growth.
  3. Build and Maintain Industry Network: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, staying informed about trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a sales management position.
  2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Scientific, Marketing, or Business). An MBA is a plus.
  3. Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the battery industry or a related electrical/electronics sector.
